1. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days. Due to COVID-19 there may be delays.
2. Clients must ensure shipping address is correct.
3. Products are formulated with GMP and/or in an FDA certified facility.
4. New clients should request a consultation before ordering.
All orders are processed within 2 - 4 business days, not including weekends or national holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or your order is on back order, we will notify the customer by email with an update of the estimate on when the delivery can be expected.
Shipping charges for an order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates can be retrieved by the tracking number from the carrier’s website.
Shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are available. However, some health and personal care items cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Each zip code has its own regulations, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to check to see what can be shipped. Please be aware that deliveries can take up to 21 business days with standard shipping.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking will be given as soon as payment has been approved on the website.
Zuhuri Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.,).
Zuhuri Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or it has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team
directly to file a claim with the carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will replace orders on a case by case basis.
Zuhuri Beauty ships internationally. Available products, shipping rates, and fees vary depending on the delivery address. The order may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order ships. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility.
When ordering, the customer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, UK, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Zuhuri Beauty has no control over these charges, nor can Zuhuri Beauty predict what they may be.
Onsite purchases, returns will be accepted for 30 days with receipt.
For online purchases, returns will be accepted 30 days from the ship date. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the return. Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment and the original shipping fees are nonrefundable, once the items have been received by Zuhuri Beauty.
